Booking terms & conditions
Updated: 31 October 2026
These terms govern direct bookings of “Villa DG” made through https://villadg.com. By completing a booking you confirm you are over 18 and accept them. The provider is identified in the Legal notice.
1. The property
Entire private villa in Alcañiz (Teruel, Spain) for a maximum of 14 people (including children and babies). Tourist-use dwelling, registry number B55455638. The exact address and access instructions are sent by email a few days before arrival.
2. How to book (contract formation)
Steps: (1) choose dates and number of guests in the calendar, (2) review the itemised price, (3) enter your details and accept these terms and the privacy policy, (4) pay the amount due through Stripe or, if online payment is disabled, send a booking request. You can correct your data at any time before clicking the pay/submit button.
The contract is concluded when you receive our confirmation email with the booking reference. A payment or request does not by itself guarantee availability if, exceptionally, the dates have just been taken on another channel; in that case we refund any amount paid in full.
The contract is available in Spanish and English; the Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy. We keep the electronic record of the contract and you may request a copy by email.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros and are final prices including applicable taxes. The itemised price shows accommodation per night (depending on dates and number of guests), the cleaning fee and any discount. Minimum stay: 2 nights unless the calendar states otherwise.
Online payment: a deposit of 30% of the total is paid at the time of booking; the balance is due before arrival by bank transfer or as indicated in the confirmation email.
Card payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection; we never store full card numbers. If a damage deposit were required for a specific booking, it would be stated expressly before confirmation.
4. Cancellation, changes and no right of withdrawal
Free cancellation up to 15 days before check-in: any amount paid is refunded in full by the same payment method. Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in, or no-shows, forfeit the deposit paid; where the full amount has been paid, the deposit percentage is retained and the rest refunded. For special events (e.g. MotoGP weekend) stricter conditions may apply and will be indicated before you pay.
Date changes are subject to availability and to any price difference. Pending requests without payment can be cancelled free of charge by email or WhatsApp.
Under Article 103.l of the Spanish Consumer Act (TRLGDCU) the legal right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services with a specific date or period of performance; the cancellation terms above apply instead.
If we have to cancel for reasons attributable to us or force majeure, we will refund all amounts paid in full and, where possible, offer alternative dates.
5. Check-in, check-out and house rules
Check-in 15:00–18:00 (please tell us your estimated arrival time). Check-out by 11:00 unless otherwise agreed.
Guests must treat the property with care, respect neighbours and local rules (particularly night-time rest) and not exceed the maximum occupancy. No smoking indoors. No parties, events or stag/hen celebrations. Pets welcome free of charge (please tell us when booking). Children from 5 years; no cots or extra beds. Damage beyond normal wear and tear, missing items or extraordinary cleaning may be charged at cost.
6. Mandatory traveller registration (RD 933/2021)
Spanish law requires us to register every guest (adults and minors) and report the data to the Ministry of the Interior (SES.Hospedajes). Before arrival, the booker must complete the online check-in with accurate data for all guests and present valid identity documents on arrival if requested. Failure to do so may prevent access to the property without entitlement to a refund.
7. Liability
We provide the villa as described on this website. We are not liable for force majeure, services of third parties (transport, events, nearby venues) or for guests’ belongings left unattended, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Guests are liable for damage caused by themselves, their companions or their pets.
8. Complaints and dispute resolution
Contact for queries and complaints: reservas@villadg.com. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) of the Government of Aragón are available at the property on request.
Consumers may also contact the Consumer Office of their place of residence or the Dirección General de Protección de Consumidores y Usuarios of Aragón, and may request consumer arbitration. (The EU online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.)
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. Consumers may bring claims before the courts of their own domicile; otherwise the courts of Alcañiz / Teruel have jurisdiction.
